Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://soupslawncare.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Soup's Lawn Care markets and arranges Lawn Mowing, Lawn Edging, Mulching, Tree Trimming, Landscaping. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Soup's Lawn Care or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://soupslawncare.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Soup's Lawn Care makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. Soup's Lawn Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Soup's Lawn Care harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by IN law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in IN for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
